Happy Birthday Mammy! (That's what they say instead of mommy in Ireland)

Today is mums birthday and all that she asked for from me was a picture of me kissing the Blarney Stone (which I did yesterday) so here it is. There are also some pictures of Blarney Castle because it was very cool. There were lots of little chambers and spiral staircases and things like that.

    Thanks Bridget! I'll have to dig out that photo of my grandmother kissing the Blarney Stone and we can compare them. It must have been around 1967 she was there!

    I love the poison garden. That's very cool!

    What is that man doing to you? The photos are amazing - doesn't it feel incredible to think of the people who lived in those castles and who walked where you are walking? When you touch those walls, you get history all over your fingers! Happy trails...
