Off to Galway Today

Today is my eighteenth day in Ireland. Its been raining all morning of course. At 9 we're leaving for Galway. I don't know what the internet situation is there so I figured I'd add the pictures from Cobh yesterday before I left. It was a really cool little town. We went to a musuem and a church and then just wandered around for a bit. I had quiche for lunch! It was delicious! Okay here are the pictures. Bye!

Last Day in Cork!

Today is the last day in Cork which is really sad. This place is like home now, it's going to be weird to leave. I'm sorry I haven't updated this in a while, I've been really busy and we haven't done many interesting things. Yesterday we went to Kinsale though. It was a great little town. We went to a cool old fort.I also bought some souvenirs for people and we all went swimming in the rain! Soo cold! I still have a chill. After Kinsale I did my laundry and then Maddy and I watched a movie. Today I have to do homework and pack and clean the apartment and then I'm going to Cobh at 12:30. Day 14 I think

Do you remember the girl that I sat with on the plane? Kate? Well she got sent home today for drinking. We had a huge meeting after dinner today where they said again how important it is that we follow the rules. About 10 people are grounded right now for breaking the curfew or being late for class and a bunch more because they haven't handed in assignments. I get the impression that all the teachers think we are one of the worst groups they have ever had. Anyway midterm marks get sent to our parents on Friday so that should be interesting. We've only gotten one piece of homework back so far so I have no idea what I'm getting. Today we were supposed to go to Cobh, the last port of call of the Titanic however they cancelled it because they thought it was going to rain. It didn't. We can still go on Saturday if we want but its optional. Instead of Cobh we went to a church. I can't remember what its called but it was really beautiful inside. Most of my pictures didn't turn out though cause the light wasn't very good. I've posted the best photos below:













I just like the name of that hair studio...Alright have to get back to homework now. Blahhhhhh :-(
